-Crowdfunding platforms/ e.g: Kickstarter are allowing creative users to gain funding for projects by donations. This gets rid of third party sponsors like dragons den in which they take a percentage of the profits, these platforms allow normal people without professional links to creative projects that could earn millions. 

-Crowdsourcing is when people find personal for projects to collaborate on.
